PURPOSE: A transverse reinforcement, a concrete column structure having the same, and a construction method thereof are provided to easily fix a main bar by inserting the main bar into a fixing groove of the transverse reinforcement and to improve the performance of construction. CONSTITUTION: A transverse reinforcement (100) fixes the main bars to the inside of a composite concrete column and fixing grooves to fix the positions of the main bars. One or more through holes are formed on the inner areas of the fixing grooves. An opening is formed on one side of each fixing groove to connect the outer area of the reinforcement and the fixing groove to each other.
