PURPOSE: An electrode drying method and an electrode drying apparatus are provided to set an optimum drying condition by continuously detecting a drying state. CONSTITUTION: An electrode drying method of an electrode layer (40), which is formed by spreading solvent-containing electrode slurry onto a current collecting foil, in a furnace (50) comprises a step of setting a drying standard value defined as the path of the evaporation amount of a solvent from the electrode layer, with regard to time; a step of detecting drying factors including a temperature, a wind speed, and a solvent concentration in the furnace; a step of calculating the evaporation amount of the solvent, based on the drying factors; and a step of drying the electrode layer while controlling a heating part (80) and a ventilating part (70), to make the evaporation amount of the solvent satisfy the drying standard value. |
