PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein an aromatizing substance or an aromatizing additive tends to evaporate or disperse to a surrounding environment, causing reduction in accurate absorption by cigarettes.SOLUTION: This method for packaging groups of cigarettes with sheets aromatized with an aromatizing substance or an aromatizing additive includes a step of feeding a first aromatized packaging material 7 along a predetermined unwinding path P from an unwinding station 2 to a first operating unit 35, cutting the first aromatized packaging material 7 into sheets 9 by operation of a feed unit 4 at the first operating unit 35 and feeding each sheet 9 to a second packaging operating unit 36 for packaging each group 8 of the cigarettes 15. |
