PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a wiring member from coming off from a binding member and hanging down.SOLUTION: A tube clamp 6 is attached with four tubes 5 and a FFC 7. The tube clamp 6 has an attaching portion 31 and holding portions 32a and 32b each shaped in a partially open loop. Two tubes 5b and 5c passed into an internal space 30 from an attaching port 25 and the FFC 7 are attached on the attaching portion 31. Two tubes 5a and 5d are attached in the holding portions 32a and 32b. The FFC 7 is located in a deep area in the internal space 30 away from the attaching port 25 relative to the two tubes 5b and 5c. The two tubes 5b and 5c are located in an area between the attaching port 25 and the FFC 7 in the internal space 30 and close the attaching port 25.
