INSPECTION IMAGE QUALITY EVALUATION SYSTEM, METHOD, PROGRAM, AND DIGITIZER GUARANTEE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide (a) a technique for automatically calculating a relative evaluated value of the quality of a digital image relative to an analog image and, preferably, (2) a technique for obtaining an evaluated value matching an evaluated value of person's vision.SOLUTION: This system performs the processing of: estimating the analog image before being digitized by a digitizer from digital image data to be inspected; calculating an evaluated value of the quality of the digital image by integrating a value of comparison between the digital image data and estimated analog image data in a frequency space and a feature quantity extracted from the digital image; determining a level value of the quality by comparing the evaluated value of the quality with criterion information; and generating the criterion information by learning or setting based upon the evaluated value of person's view.
