PURPOSE: An atmospheric pressure plasma degreasing apparatus is provided to degrease at a high speed and with a high performance using a dry plasma degreasing method with plasma. CONSTITUTION: An atmospheric pressure plasma degreasing apparatus includes a pre-processing part (110), an atmospheric pressure plasma degreasing part (120), and a post-processing part (130). The pre-processing part washes rolling oil remaining on the surface of a steel sheet with a high temperature and high pressure water or with a high temperature steam corresponding to the boiling point of the rolling oil before the steel sheet is processed by atmospheric plasma. The atmospheric pressure plasma degreasing part processes the pre-processed steel sheet. The post-processing part rinses and dries the degreased steel sheet.
