PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal part device for a hub bearing that maintains sealability even under a cryogenic environment of -40°C or less and has oil resistance.SOLUTION: This seal device is made of rubber composition where an AN amount of acrylonitrile butadiene rubber is set at 18-30% and 5-15 pts.wt. of plasticizer is mixed in 100 pts.wt. of acrylonitrile butadiene rubber. The rubber composition has an elongation ratio of 10% under stress of 1.0 MPa or less. An SP value of the plasticizer is 8.5-10.0.
