PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column which requires a reduced number of parts and controls the running cost of experiments by facilitating the replacement of the column.SOLUTION: The column 10 is provided with a housing 20 to house a column tube 50, an inlet side filter member 51 pressed into the inlet side of the column tube 50, an outlet side filter member 52 pressed into the outlet side of the column tube 50, an inlet side plug member 30 installed at the inlet side of the housing 20 and plugging the inlet side of the column tube 50 via the inlet side filter member 51, and an outlet side plug member 40 installed at the outlet side of the housing 20 and plugging the outlet side of the column tube 50 via the outlet side filter member 52. |
