PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device which improves control accuracy of a braking torque even when limiting charging, and generates the braking torque without increasing a rotating speed of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: The control device includes a braking torque control section in which, when it is determined by a braking torque control execution determination section that braking torque control is executed and when it is determined by a charging limit determination section that a charging limit exists, a first rotating electrical machine is allowed to perform power running in such a manner that a rotating speed of an input member becomes closer to a target rotating speed higher than zero, a transmission torque of an engaging device is controlled to be less than a stationary limit torque that is a torque for starting to rotate an internal combustion engine, and an output member is allowed to output a negative torque by the transmission torque of the engaging device. |
