PURPOSE: A control method for a seat warmer of a vehicle is provided to set the starting or the stopping conditions of a seat warmer. CONSTITUTION: A control method for a seat warmer of a vehicle is as follows. Temperature of indoor and outdoor is determined whether satisfying predetermined staring or stopping conditions(S10). The starting or the stopping of a seat warmer is determined based on the satisfaction of the predetermined conditions.
