PURPOSE: A coupon accumulation method of a text message using a phone number and a system are provided to enable a client to use a membership card or a credit card without holding the cards. CONSTITUTION: A client registers a set of basic information and coupon information in a coupon service server (201). When the client calls in a member store, a communication company server transmits the phone number of the client to the coupon service server and generates a coupon service account by using the phone number in case of a new client (202,204). When the coupon service account exists, the coupon service server accumulates and assigns mileage, a point, a discount coupon, an accumulation coupon, or an electronic gift certificate of the member store to the coupon service account of the client (205). The coupon service server automatically informs the coupon service information to the mobile phone of the client (206).
