PURPOSE: An environment-friendly recyclable material is provided to have excellent mechanical properties and flame retardance while preventing corrosion such as iron materials. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly recyclable material includes 35-50 wt% of a natural cellulose, 30-40 wt% of a thermoplastic resin, 3-10 wt% of a biodegradable powder which is a bamboo powder, starch powder, or a mixture thereof; and 10-20 wt% of at least one mineral component selected from illite, basalt, kaolin, and talc. The natural cellulose is selected from coconut fiber, Chinese yam, hemp, rice hulls, rice chaff, straw, cotton, and cellulose. The mineral component consists of 1-7 wt% of the illite, 1-7 wt% of the basalt, 1-7 wt% of the kaolin, and 5-15 wt% of the talc.
