PURPOSE: A surface mounting type super capacitor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize a manufacturing process by forming first and second electrodes in a printing method. CONSTITUTION: A wiring board forms multiple outer connection pads. A cell (20) comprises a first electrode and a second electrode. The cell comprises a separation film and electrolyte. A welding ring (30) is welded at the ring welding pattern of the wiring board. A lead (40) is connected electrically to the second electrode and the welding ring.
