PURPOSE: A heavy equipment counter weight structure is provided to reduce safety accidents by easily controlling the balance of loads of heavy equipment and to solve a problem in which the heavy equipment is hung on the ground when moving back. CONSTITUTION: A heavy equipment counter weight structure comprises as follows. A counter weight (1) is fixed on the front surface of a vehicle main body (4) on the rear side of heavy equipment with a mounting bolt (3). Both sides (16) are fixed to the inside of a fender (17). An auxiliary counter weight (5) is connected to the vehicle main body by being overlapped on the front surface of the counter weight. A protrusion unit of the auxiliary counter weight is inserted into a diameter unit (9) formed on the front surface of the counter weight.
