摘要 <p>PURPOSE: An ultra high early strength cement concrete composition is provided to increase workability of concrete extending concrete curing time by using a modified polymer in which styrene-acryl emulsion, 1,1- dichloroethene emulsion, polystyrene acrylic ester emulsion, butyl acrylate, polyvinyl aminesodium lauryl sulfate are mixed. CONSTITUTION: An ultra high early strength cement concrete composition contains 5-30 weight% of cement binder; 30-65 weight% of fine aggregate; 20-55 weight% f coarse aggregate; 95 weight% of water; and 0.1-15 weight% of modified polymer. The modified polymer contains 50-95 weight% of polystyrene acrylic emulsion; 0.1-20 weight% of polystyrene acrylic ester emulsion; 0.1-15 weight% of polyester sulfone emulsion; 0.1-10 weight% of 1-1 dichloroethene emulsion; 0.01-10 weight% of polyvinyl amine; and 0.01-5 weight% of sodium lauryl sulfate. The cement binder contains 50-90 weight% of the ultra high early strength concrete composition; 1-35 weight % of blast-furnace slag powder; 0.1-35 weight% of calcium sulfo-aluminate; 1-25 weight % of metha caolin; 0.1-10 weight% of paster; 0.1-5 weight% of polyvinyl amine; and 0.01-35 weight% of sodium lauryl sulfate.</p>
