Solid composition comprises: water; 1-6C, preferably 1-3C alkylcellulose, preferably ethylcellulose; first non-volatile hydrocarbon oil consisting of e.g. 10-26C alcohol, preferably monoalcohol, monomers, diesters, triesters, optionally hydroxyl group or 2-8C mono or polycarboxylic acid; second non-volatile hydrocarbon oil consisting of silicone and/or fluoro oil; anionic surfactant consisting of metallic salts of 16-25C linear fatty acid, preferably metallic salts of stearic acid and/or behenic acid, and additional surfactant such as non-ionic surfactant. Solid composition comprises: 5 wt.% of water; 1-6C, preferably 1-3C alkylcellulose, preferably ethylcellulose; first non-volatile hydrocarbon oil consisting of 10-26C alcohol, preferably monoalcohol, monomers, diesters, triesters, optionally hydroxyl group, 2-8C mono or polycarboxylic acid, 2-8C alcohol, optionally hydroxyl group, 2-8C polyol ester and 2-8C carboxylic acid; second non-volatile hydrocarbon oil consisting of silicone and/or fluoro oil; anionic surfactant consisting of metallic salts of 16-25C linear fatty acid, preferably metallic salts of stearic acid and/or behenic acid, preferably sodium stearate, potassium stearate, sodium behenate and polyhydroxy stearate; and additional surfactant such as non-ionic surfactant, preferably optionally polyoxyethylenated alkyl- and polyalkyl- glycol ester including polyethylene glycol (PEG)-150 distearate, hexaglyceryl monolaurate and PEG-30 glyceryl stearate.
