PURPOSE: A sealed insulator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain an air layer between a product and the insulator by forming an embossed unit on the surface of a panel and to improve the efficiency for insulating. CONSTITUTION: A sealed insulator (1) comprises an insulating material (20), and first and second insulating covers (10,30). The insulating material is made of the glass fiber or a silica pelt. The first and second insulating covers are formed on both ends while the insulating material is positioned in center to be sealed. The sealed insulator is formed to be corresponded to the outer circumference of an object to insulate and improves the adhering area in the outer circumference of the object.
