A signal converting device and an image apparatus including the same are provided to tune a plurality of channel signals by a single chipset. A signal device includes a first signal converting unit(120), a second converting unit(130), and a common PLL unit(150). The first signal converting unit converts a first channel signal among input RF signals into a first IF signal through a plurality of frequency conversion. The second signal converting unit converts a second channel signal among the input RF signals into a second IF signal through a plurality of frequency conversion. The common PLL unit provides a common oscillating signal having the same frequency to the first converting unit and the second converting unit at the frequency conversion time. |
