PURPOSE: An overlay welding device is provided to uniformly cool pipes regardless of the diameter of the pipes and to control the cooling of the pipes according to the cooled state of the pipes. CONSTITUTION: An overlay welding device comprises a pipe rotating part, a cooling part (100), and a welding part. The cooling part surrounds a pipe (P). The welding part overlay-welds the inner surface of the pipe and comprises a boom (10) and a main body. A welding torch (20) is mounted on the end of the boom. The cooling part comprises multiple nozzles (110a-110h) arranged along the circumference of the pipe.
