摘要 PURPOSE: A slab inclusion measuring device using a laser is provided to measure a sort and the amount of inclusions included in the slab on line. CONSTITUTION: A slab inclusion measuring device using a laser includes a laser generating unit (10), an optical fiber unit (22), a light splitting unit, an interline charge-coupled device (ICCD) unit (70), and an optical signal circulation processing unit (80). The laser generating unit generates plasma optical signals in a slab (1). The optical fiber unit receives the plasma optical signals generated after the laser is irradiated to the slab. The light splitting unit receives the plasma optical signals, thereby splitting the plasma optical signals per each wavelength. The ICCD unit receives the plasma optical signals split per each wavelength from the lighting splitting unit and measures the intensity of the plasma optical signals per each wavelength. The optical signal processing unit receives the information of the intensity of the plasma optical signals per each wavelength and measures the amount of inclusions corresponding to each wavelength.
