PURPOSE: A clamping device of a torch cutting machine is provided to have a first clamp cylinder and a second clamp cylinder which implement movement in a certain range respectively, thereby extending lives of the cylinders. CONSTITUTION: A clamping device (100) of a torch cutting machine comprises a first clamp cylinder (101), a second clamp cylinder (102), a first clamp bar (103), a clamp (104), a second clamp bar (105), and a frame (106). The frame surrounds the first clamp cylinder and the second clamp cylinder, and is combined with a torch cutting machine. The first clamp cylinder moves the clamp to the lower side to be positioned closely to the upper side of slab. The second clamp cylinder moves the first clamp cylinder to the lower side so that the clamp is contacted with the upper side of the slab.
