摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of ultra-fine mixing carbon nano fiber is provided to manufacture nano fiber having a thinner diameter than electospinning a kind of polymer solution. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of ultra-fine mixing carbon nano fiber comprises the following steps. Two kinds of polymer solutions are mixed and phase-separated, and the mixture becomes a mixing emulsion solution. The mixing emulsion solution manufactures nano fiber having a core-cell structure through electrospinning with a nozzle. Core-cell nano fiber attached with metal oxide is manufactured through heating the core-cell nano fiber under oxygen existence. Polymer on the surface are thermal-decomposed through thermal processing the core-cell nano fiber attached with metal oxide under oxygen barrier. Polymer of core manufactures ultra-fine mixing carbon nano fiber attached with metal oxide by fostering crystal nucleus of the metal oxide while becoming carbon nano fiber.
