PURPOSE: A torque generator of a rotational motion machine which uses a magnet coupling is provided to enable a rotational repetitive motion according to a contactless torque generation. CONSTITUTION: A torque generator of a rotational motion machine which uses a magnet coupling includes disk type first to third magnets. The disk type first to third magnets (14,15) have a bore in the center and face adjacent magnets right and left. Faced magnetic poles (14a,14b,15a,15b) have different polarities. The first to third magnets are respectively mounted on holders (14c,15c) and divide magnetic poles which have different polarities into 1/2 domain. The first magnet is fixed and the third magnet is connected to a rotatable shaft. The second magnet is independently formed between the first and third magnets in order to be rotatable with a bearing as a medium.
