PURPOSE: A height controller of a manhole cover is provided to facilitate to flatten a manhole by adding a paving layer after controlling the height of a manhole cover. CONSTITUTION: A height controller of a manhole cover comprises a fixed frame, a manhole cover (30), and a height controlling part (40). The height controlling part is equipped on the inner circumference of the fixed frame and the outer circumference of the manhole cover to control the height of a manhole cover. The height controlling part comprises first and second screw parts (42,44), a hanging protrusion part, and a position setting part. The position setting part comprises an elevating groove to vertically move the hanging protrusion part and a rotation guiding groove for guiding the rotation of the hanging protrusion part by being connected to the elevating groove. |
