PURPOSE: A wireless relay device for multiple input multiple output (MIMO) communication is provided to effectively relay a MIMO type signal applicable to a multiple access method wireless communication system such as a long term evolution (LTE) communication system and et cetera. CONSTITUTION: A second signal transmission unit (340) uplink transmits a high frequency uplink signal received from one of a plurality of second antennae to an uplink signal amplification unit through a single second transmission path. The second signal transmission unit converts an intermediate frequency downlink signal downlink transmitted through the single second transmission path into a high frequency downlink signal. The second signal transmission unit outputs the converted high frequency downlink signal through one of the second antennae. The second signal transmission unit outputs the high frequency downlink signal downlink transmitted through the single second transmission path through the rest of the second antennae.
