PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that downloading of push-cast broadcast by a mobile apparatus is susceptible to instability of radio wave environment at a reception point, in addition to the problems that standby power is required for waiting a download which may occur at any time, and battery power is required until down load terminates.SOLUTION: A receiver 106 consists of a charging base 4102 having a function of receiving broadcast waves, and a mobile terminal 4103 having a function for transmitting/receiving data to/from a network and a function of receiving broadcast waves. Consequently, real time broadcast may be received or the program information may be available from broadcast waves even if only the mobile terminal 4103 is used. Downloading of push-cast broadcast with high reception sensibility is thereby ensured, and download occurring at any time can be received regardless of the residual electricity of a battery 4215.
