An aim of the present invention is to provide a permanent magnet motor controller that can effectively suppress flexural rotation vibrations in a structure that easily produces flexural rotation vibrations generated in a permanent magnet motor. A permanent magnet motor controller (100) uses the dq-coordinate transformation. A dq-target current setting unit (14) decreases the deviation of the rotor shaft by adding a current component (i*da) for canceling the magnetic attractive force acting in the radial direction of the rotor shaft of the permanent magnet motor to the d-axis target current value.
