PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain, during the execution of retransmission control in a radio layer, a throughput in the case, in which the retransmission control is not performed, without halting the retransmission control.SOLUTION: A communication device includes: a time estimation part for estimating, based on a completion time of transmission in a higher layer in the case, in which retransmission control is executed in a lower layer, and a time required by the retransmission control, an estimated transmission completion time in the case, in which the retransmission control is not executed; a probability estimation part for estimating, based on the number of times of failure of the transmission in the higher layer in the case, in which the retransmission control is executed, and the number of times of success of the transmission in the higher layer due to the retransmission control, an estimated transmission failure probability in the case, in which the retransmission control is not executed; and a first derivation part for deriving, based on the estimated transmission completion time and the estimated transmission failure probability, an estimated throughput in the case, in which the retransmission control is not executed. |
