The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a rotor for a permanent magnet implanted-type motor capable of achieving torque ripple reduction in the permanent magnet implanted-type motor and further strengthened magnetic force, as well as a compressor, blower, and refrigeration/air conditioning device using the same. The rotor is configured so that: a plurality of split outer circumferential surfaces (10) obtained by splitting the outer circumferential surface of the rotor core (2) in equal angular intervals in the circumferential direction facing in correspondence with a permanent magnet (3) are formed from a first curved surface (11) formed from the circumferential center to the circumferential end portions so that the radial distance of the rotor core (2) from the axial center is at a maximum in the circumferential center of the split outer circumferential surfaces (10), and a second curved surface (12) that intersect the first curved surface (11) and is formed from the circumferential end portions to the circumferential center so that the radial distance of the rotor core (2) from the axial center is at a minimum at the circumferential end portions of the split outer circumferential surfaces (10); and the distance between both ends of the first curved surface (11) is less than the width of the permanent magnet (3) in the direction intersecting the radial direction, and is greater than the distance between the end portions on the circumferential center side of the split outer circumferential surfaces (10) in gaps (9) formed in both end portions of the permanent magnet introduction hole (7).
