PURPOSE: A seatback folding locking device(100) of a seatback is provided to restrict the folding of a seatback selectively. CONSTITUTION: A seatback folding locking device(100) of a seatback comprises a latch body(110), a latch support(120), a latch cover(130), a grip, a base plate, and a latch actuating unit. The latch body comprises first and second housing holes connected with each other. The latch support locks or release a latch assembly. The latch cover closes the first housing hole. The key cylinder comprises a lower projection(131a). The latch cover comprises a through hole(130a). The grip comprises a flange(141) and a latching part. The flange is supported to be moved horizontally. The latching part is inserted into the first housing hole and comprises a latching groove(142a). The base plate comprises a guide part. A mounting portion is fixed to the first housing hole. The guide part is extended vertically. The latch actuating unit locks or releases the latch assembly by using the latch support. |
