The bakable flour providing method involves grinding grains with a temperature controlled grinder (1), where the grinder is controlled so that the temperature flour while exiting the grinder does not exceed 40 degree centigrade, storing the flour for 10 days and processing the flour into a dough (4). The grinding speed of the grinder is controlled according to the temperature of the flour exiting from the grinder. The flour is cooled down for a specified period between multiple grinding steps.
