MANAGING A PROJECT DURING TRANSITION

A method and a system for managing a project during transition are provided. The system comprises a processor, an interface, and a memory coupled to the processor. The system receives a request for initiating the project through the interface. The memory comprises a back end module and a front end module. The back end module is configured to create a standard project workspace and a standard project plan upon receiving the request to initiating the project. The front end module is configured to generate in real time one or more status reports of the project for various stakeholders. These status reports are based on the standard project plan.
