Skin-beautifying agent

Disclosed are: a skin-beautifying agent which can be administered orally to produce cosmetic effects such as a skin-moisturizing effect, a skin-beautifying effect, a skin damage-preventing effect, and a wrinkle-preventing effect; a food or beverage for making the skin beautiful; and a feed. Specifically disclosed are: a skin-beautifying agent comprising a milk-derived phospholipid as an active ingredient; and a food or beverage for making the skin beautiful or a feed, which comprises the skin-beautifying agent. Preferably, the milk-derived phospholipid is a composition which is prepared from milk or a milk material, contains a lipid in an amount of 40 to 70 wt% relative to the total amount of all solid materials and also contains the milk-derived phospholipid in an amount of 30 wt% or more relative to the total amount of all solid materials.
