PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an image forming device from leaking confidential information.SOLUTION: On receiving user authentication information input based on a user operation in a multifunction printer 3, a server device 2 determines whether the user authentication information is authentic, and when it is determined that the user authentication information is authentic, the server device 2 transmits to the multifunction printer 3 image output data related to the user authentication information among pieces of image output data. Also, on receiving image output data from a device other than the server device 2, control means of the multifunction printer 3 transfers the image output data to the server device 2. Data reception means of the server device 2 receives the image output data by a communication device, and data management means of the server device 2 stores the image output data in a predetermined storage device.
