PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide composite in-disaster sewage treatment facilities that functions as storage or outflow suppression facilities for rainwater and waste disposal facilities.SOLUTION: The in-disaster sewage treatment facilities include a water storage tank part which reserves rainwater, and a septic tank part which is formed adjacently to a part of the water storage tank part and functions as a septic tank by being supplied with water from the water storage tank part during a disaster, the septic tank part being switched to an auxiliary water storage tank or waste disposal facilities.
