PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide the inquiry destination phone number of a Web page adequately in accordance with a user browsing status.SOLUTION: Using a browse monitoring-part 11, a Web page browsing-status of a user terminal 30, the browsing-status including the terminal ID of the user terminal 30, a Web page ID and browsing time is obtained; using a screen data generation part 12, guidance content and inquiry destination phone number in accordance with an under-browsing Web page of the user terminal 30 are obtained from a storage part 14 on the basis of the Web page ID, and the aforementioned inquiry destination phone number is embedded in the aforementioned guidance content, and thereby guidance screen data for the user terminal 30 to call the inquiry destination phone number is generated on the under-browsing Web page; and, using a display instruction part 13, a display instruction including the terminal ID and the guidance screen data is transmitted to a Web site 40 in a case where the browsing-status satisfies a predetermined condition, and thereby displaying of the guidance screen data using a pop-up screen on the under-browsing Web page of the user terminal 30 is instructed. |
