PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board capable of preventing removal of an electronic component from the circuit board.SOLUTION: A stack is configured by stacking a plurality of insulator layers composed of a flexible material. Via-hole conductors are provided in the stack. Film-shaped conductors are not connected to the via-hole conductors on an under side of the via-hole conductors, are facingly disposed to the via-hole conductors via the insulator layers, and are provided so as to include the via-hole conductors in a plan view from the stacking direction. In a region overlapping the via-hole conductors, the film-shaped conductors are not chemically bonded to the insulator layers so that displacement occurs to the insulator layers disposed between the film-shaped conductors and the via-hole conductors. |
