PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact bubble-driven cooling device.SOLUTION: A bubble-driven cooling device 1A includes: a heat receiving part AP in contact with a heating element; a radiator 8 provided near the heat receiving part AP to enable heat exchange with outside air; a circulation path JK which connects with the heat receiving part AP and the radiator 8; and a refrigerant L filled in the circulation path JK. The upper flow passage JKU of the circulation path JK connects the upper part of the heat receiving part AP with the radiator 8. Rising power of bubbles 4 generated in the heat receiving part AP by the refrigerant L generates flow power from the heat receiving part AP to the radiator 8 in the refrigerant L.
