PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time until making fluid reach target temperature in a device for adjusting fluid temperature having a Peltier module and a heater.SOLUTION: A device 1 for adjusting fluid temperature includes: a heater 22 for heating fluid L passing through a fluid channel 21; a Peltier module 23 having a plurality of Peltier elements and heating or cooling the liquid L passing through the fluid channel 21; and a control part 11 in which total thermal energy for keeping the liquid L in the target temperature is divided into supply quantity by the heater 22 and the supply quantity by the Peltier module 23 and given to the liquid L from both heater 22 and the Peltier module 23. |
