PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety until abandonment by melting a syringe needle and a syringe body with light concentration heating to a syringe.SOLUTION: A syringe melding device 1 is a device for heating a syringe 1000 where a syringe needle is connected to a syringe. The syringe melding device 1 includes: a light reflection part 10 provided with a light reflection surface ES having a shape of a partial portion of the prolate elliptical surface of a long axis inclined with respect to a horizontal surface; a light-transmissive cover 30 arranged between the first focus F1 and the second focus F2 of an ellipse; a light source 20 arranged at the first focus F1; and a placement part 50 to place the syringe 1000 in a contaminated space 202. A position control part 161 controls the positional relationship between the placement part 50 and the light reflection part 10 so that the position of the second focus F2 changes from one end of the syringe 1000 placed on the placement part 50 toward the other end.
