PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of preventing an artificial input error in changing control information of a motor in accordance with a change in the specification of the motor or a driven body, changing a plurality pieces of control information easily without time and effort, and improving operability while suppressing an increase in costs.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes a storage medium 11 that stores control information of a motor 15, a code reading device 17 that reads a code including the control information of the motor, and a motor control IC 14 that rewrites the control information stored in storage means on the basis of the reading result of the code read by the code reading device 17. A scanner 3 that reads an image of an image formation object is also served for use as the code reading device 17. |
