An electric automobile and outside power supply system thereof, the system comprising a power cell (10), a charge and discharge socket (20) connected with an external loader, a bidirectional DC/DC module (30), a bidirectional DC/AC module (50), a charge and discharge control module (70) and a controller module (80); the controller module is connected to the charge and discharge control module, and is used to control the bidirectional DC/DC module and the bidirectional DC/AC module to transform the voltage of the power cell into AC with a preset voltage value, and the AC with a preset voltage value is provided to the external loader via the charge and discharge control module and the charge and discharge socket, thus civil or industrial AC grid can be used to efficiently and quickly charge the electric automobile with high power AC, with wide applicable cell operating voltage range, and space and cost saving.
