PURPOSE: A brush for domestic animals using aircraft waste tire is provided to provide even effect to the part that the domestic animals desired by being installed in the fixture within the fence, reduce the stress of the domestic animals as well as provide a sense of stability to them by having a circular buffer member of waste tire to maintain constant pressure to the domestic animals, and reduce the itching and impurity attached to the animals. CONSTITUTION: A brush (100) for domestic animals using aircraft waste tire comprises an aircraft waste tire (110); a reservoir (122) having a ring shaped body which corresponds to the shape of the aircraft waste tire and space accommodating the aircraft waste tire within the body; a brush unit (120) having brush (121) to reduce the itchy of the domestic animals on the circumference of the outside of the body or remove the impurity at the body of the animals; a support rod (130) which penetrates the body of the brush and the aircraft waste tire; and a fixture stand (140) which fixed to the surface and combined to the support rod.
