PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase quality and yield of a solar cell module by removing as many bubbles as possible which are generated during manufacture by arranging, on a substrate, a string where a plurality of solar cells are connected by wiring material.SOLUTION: A string where a plurality of solar cells 1 are connected by wiring material 2 is arranged, across a spacer 8, on a substrate 6 disposed inside a vacuum vessel 16. Next, the inside of the vacuum vessel 16 is brought into a vacuum state through suction by a vacuum pump 17. Then, a liquid urethane resin 7 subjected to pressure by a pump 12 is discharged onto the string from a slit-like opening 10a of a coating head 10. Thereby, a protective layer made of an urethane resin 7 containing extremely few remaining bubbles is formed. |
