Provided is an Mo-Si-B-based alloy for a heat-resistant alloy satisfying physical properties such as proof stress and hardness that address the high melting points of bonding targets better than the prior art. With this Mo-Si-B-based alloy powder, the full width at half maximum for (600) of Mo5SiB2 in peak data from X-ray diffraction is 0.08-0.7 deg.
