Provided is an optical stack which exhibits extremely high antistatic performance stability, and has a stable surface resistance value even after a durability test. An optical stack having an antistatic layer on one surface of an optically transparent substrate, the optical stack being characterized in that: the antistatic layer is formed using an antistatic-layer composition containing conductive fine particles, a resin component, and a solvent; and the resin component does not have a reactive functional group in the molecules thereof, and is soluble in the solvent and compatible with the conductive fine particles.
