PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified polyisocyanate composition that is easily dispersed in water, and to provide a coating composition using the same.SOLUTION: A modified polyisocyanate composition can be obtained by reacting polyisocyanate with a vinyl polymer having a hydroxyl group and a sulfonic group or its salt.
