PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding sheet that can accurately and easily attach a removable sheet to an adhesive portion of the holding sheet and to provide a cutting apparatus.SOLUTION: The holding sheet 10 may includes: the adhesive portion 10a disposed on at least a part of either one of surfaces of the holding sheet, which removably holds a workpiece 6; and the removable sheet 40 for covering the surface of the adhesive portion 10a.
