PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply circuit in which the frequency of a switching signal can be diffused without requiring expensive components for exclusive use.SOLUTION: The switching power supply circuit performs voltage conversion by performing switching with a frequency corresponding to the value of a current flowing through a first resistor R1 having one end applied with a voltage V1. The switching power supply circuit includes a capacitor C2 having one end connected with one end of the first resistor R1 via a second resistor R2 and a coupling capacitor C1, and the other end connected with a fixed potential terminal, application means 10 for applying a voltage V2(>V1) or a voltage V3(<V1) selectively to one end of the capacitor C2 through a third resistor R3, and creation means 11 for creating a predetermined period or a random timing. The voltage being applied by the application means 10 is switched at a period or timing created by the creation means 11. |
