Disclosed is a self-excited stirring and spiral separating apparatus for foaming oil, comprising a separator body and a stirring apparatus provided inside the separator body. The stirring apparatus comprises a transmission shaft (7) coaxial with the separator body and a drive blade (6) and a stirring blade (4) provided on the transmission shaft (7). The drive blade (6) is provided near a jet port (8) close to the separator body, and the stirring blade (4) is provided below the drive blade (6). The transmission shaft (7) is provided inside the separator body via a support bracket.
